We all need some ‘me’ time, a time to slow down, connect with your creative side and go on an inner journey to self-discover and attend to your own needs.
Honour your time out
and connect with others, using art as the process.
You don’t have to be
an artist – you just need to come along with a sense of fun, willingness to
connect with your inner-self and in return you will re-energise.
Time to escape your
busy life and enter into a few hours of self-love, tranquillity and fun.

Fees
The cost of the ‘connecting
through art’ workshop for 3 hours, is $70 or two for $60, which is payable by
cash, a deposit of half prior to the workshop and the remaining cost on the day
of the workshop, or via direct deposit.
Cancellation Policy
If, for some reason you
need to cancel your spot in the workshop, please give me or the South Barwon
Community Centre at least 2 days notice, otherwise you will be charged for the
workshop cost (this includes a no-show).
Connecting with your inner
wisdom
Honour the wisdom of your
body as we journey inwards by connecting with your map of your internal self -
using art. You will be guided on an inner journey and self-discover parts of
you that exist, which may otherwise lay dormant. A wonderful experience to understand
ourselves better, through the experience of using art as a tool to
self-discovery, self-awareness and growth.
Exploring our inner landscape develops the capacity to be loving toward
ourselves,
by connecting with our
inner world.

★Learn the skill of growth via connection with your internal landscape
