Reduce Your Stress With Reflexology of the Feet at SBCC

Many civilizations have practiced reflexology. Evidence of this has been documented on four continents: Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America. The most common theory is that the earliest form of reflexology originated in China, as much as 5000 years ago.

Points on the feet reflect areas of the body. The pressure points of the feet can help you de-stress and improve your wellbeing. Learn techniques and sequences using oils for a full body reflexology of the feet.

This session will give you the tools to increase your quality of life.

Shoes and socks removed only.

We have limited spaces available, so get in early and confirm your spot!
